Rules & Regulation
GENERAL RULES FOR MAINTENANCE OF DISCIPLINE & ACADEMIC ATMOSPHERE AMONG STUDENTS: :
1. Students will have to abide by college rules and regulations.
2. Students must come to college in proper uniform without additional garment.
3. A student must not leave the college campus during college hours without the permission from
Principal/ Vice-Principal.
4. A student must submit a written application detailing the cause of absence for more than 3 days at a stretch to the Pri nci pa I.
5. College tests are compulsory. A student is required to pay a fine of Rs. 50/-, if he/ she fails to appear in the concerned paper without proper application.
6. Guardian should encourage their children in participation of curricular & co-curricular activities.
7. Monthly tuition fees shou Id be pa id on or before 10th of every month.
8. Students should not indulge in evil practices like ragging, chewing of tobacco, malpractices in examination etc.
9. Students should bring their college diary regularly.
10.College will not be responsible for any student after he/ she leaves the college premises.
11.No students will be allowed to leave the college campus during college hours without prior permission from the authority.
12.Violence in any form and indecent behaviour within the college premises will be sternly dealt with. A third time offender will be rusticated from the college.
13. Before entering the class student shou Id switch off their mobile phones.
14. Late arrival in college is a break of discipline.
Four Examinations will be held to evaluate the academic progress of the students
Attendance rules:
1. Regularity is a compulsion for each student.
2. A student will not be able to sit for H.S. 1st and H.S. 2nd year examination if he/ she does not attend at least 80% of the classes.
3. A student will forfeit his/ her seat if he/ she is found absent for more than 10 days without prior information.
